What data we collect
When you use the contact form on this website, we collect the name, e-mail address and message you enter. We do not collect any other personal data through the form and we do not use analytics or tracking tools.
Purpose and legal basis
We process this data solely to read and reply to your message. The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you give by ticking the consent box before submitting the form. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it.
How long we keep it
Contact form submissions are automatically deleted 12 months after they are received, unless an ongoing conversation or a legal obligation requires us to keep them longer.
Who has access
Your data is stored on a server operated by our hosting provider within the European Union and is accessible only to the controller through a password-protected administration area. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for their own purposes.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, contact the controller at the e-mail above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Czech supervisory authority, the Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů, www.uoou.cz).

All data is transmitted over an encrypted HTTPS connection, and access to stored submissions is restricted to authenticated administrators.
