- Aplikácia na spracovanie fakturačných podkladov pre Intrastat reporting, v ktorej sú tovarové položky z rôznych faktúr a subjektov centralizované a priraďované k HS kódom (nomenklatúrne colné tovarové kódy), pričom sú spravované vykazujúce spoločnosti s workflow dopytovania doplňujúcich informácií a chýbajúcich dokladov a sú poskytované viaceré utility na prepočty.

This project started as a side quest for company where I have been working as an administrative worker and clearance agent to:
- speed up repetitive tasks and agendas when acquiring data for submitting Intrastat reports (EU statistics for goods and services movement, mandatory for companies with certain amount of turnover)
- centralise knowledge base, make it easy and fast to access, accessible and safe
- old knowledge base in this company consisted of handwritten papers, various excel spreadsheets updated at stored randomly on multiple computers
- after implementing VPN connection to the company network, the knowledge base can be accessed remotely, what comes handy in upcoming COVID-19 times
- nightly cron job for database dump and upload to external FTP server
- have a workflow for acquiring missing data and keeping an eye on subjects that have obligation to submit these reports
- make it simpler to hire non-qualified person to process invoices / delivery notes and report types and quantities of goods due usage of fulltext search in knowledge base - lot of companies that are ordering and selling the exact same types of goods every month
